Zach has been excellent to work with. I appreciate Zach for his passion and thoroughness in the work that he does. Zach arrived exceptionally early for the inspection of our future home that is under contract. Zach has a genuine love for the work that he does and it shows. By the time he was finished with the inspection, he had a whole presentation filled with pictures of any issues he encountered that were edited to show where the problems were, along with descriptions of the issues. Zach is extremely professional, but also very friendly. I can also tell that he cares about the work he does, as after having some conversations with him about thoughts on the home, we departed and Zach was still looking around. I am confident that Zach found all that was needed to be found. He walked us through the entire home and shared with us each detail one by one in a way that was easy to understand. Zachary explained each part of the inspection in detail with photos of any concerns also. He took plenty of time to answer all my questions. Zach had to really maneuver through parts of the house that were still cluttered in the house (furniture, pictures, etc). He took the time to stop the inspection to explain the hazardous electrical areas. My home doesn’t have a attic entrance to the original part of the home. He volunteered himself to come back on another day to completely finish my inspection. He’s reason for doing this was so he could make sure I would know of any issues and most importantly that my family wouldn’t be in any sort of safety issues or danger. Zach and I are currently working on a follow up date that will complete the inspection on my home. This dude rocks and does a heigh caliber job throughout the whole process. Thank you again Zachary!
